Name Filter Fast Guide
  1. If you want to use the Item Name Filter you must write the common part of the name of items you want to list. I.e. write Last blood to see all Last Blood Augments.
  2. The AutoComplete list (appears below the name edit box) allows you to adjust which items will appear at search result. It is also an easy way to search for a concrete item and previsualize it (with all the info about recipes if it’s a tradeskill item and all mobs that can drop it!). To previsualize an item (note that this process is done without CHANGING or RELOADING the page!!!) just click in one item of the autocomplete list and it will appear at the box located at the upper part of the page.
This feature (aka Ultra Fast Search Box) it is also very useful to know if an item that just appeared as loot of your last kill is worth it or not!
  3. Please note that the Item Name Filter will be added to the rest of filters already applied on page. This is, if you write Diplomat , then select the zone Demi-plane of Blood and finally select a slot Arms, just items that fit in arms that drop in DPoB and that are named *Diplomat* will appear at search result.

Fast Zones&Mobs Filter Guide (How to...?)
  1. If you don't write/click/select anything, search will be done through all zones and mobs by default.
  2. If you want to restrict your search so it is performed only in one or some Everquest zones, you must first select them. You can use two different methods for that:
    1. Write a part of the name of the zone that you want to add to the selected ones in the box ‘partial name’. Automatically all zones that contain those letters as a part of its name will appear in the list below ‘partial name’ box.
Then simply mark the zone (you can select more zones pressing the CTRL key while you left-click names) and click the right arrow . You can also double click the name of the zone and it will be automatically added to the selection.

    2. If you don’t remember the name of the zone or simply you don’t want to write (slacker!), you can click at the image of an expansion and automatically all zones from that expansion will be shown.
Then just mark the zone (or zones) and click the right arrow . You can also double click the name of the zone and it will be automatically added to the selection.

  3. If you want to remove any zone from the selection, just mark it and click the left arrow or simply double-click it.
  4. Repeat step (2) as many times as needed (up to a maximum of 15 selected zones).
  5. Note that Mob List is automatically filled when Mob Filter is active. All mobs from selected zones will appear at mob list, allowing you to select some mobs and just show items from those ones.
If you don’t select any mob or deactivate the mob filter, search will be performed through all mobs.

Example: Compare loot between Mayong Mistmoore and Overlord Mata Muram

  1. Search between Everquest zones example 1You can remember that OMM is the final boss of Anguish or Angish or something like that, so you write ang (1) and you discover that the correct name is Citadel Of Anguish.
Then you mark it (2) and click on the right arrow (3) (or just double-click over the name of the zone) to add it to the selected zones list. As you can see, Citadel Of Anguish has been added to the list..
  2. Next step is to select the zone of Mayong Mistmoore, but, sadly, you have raided too much hours at DPoB and you are not able to remember what those letters mean…
Search between Everquest zones example 2 So you use the second method (the slacker one!): You first select all zones from Depths Of Darkholloow expansion by clicking at his image (1). Automatically you can see all the zones and you remember with no problems that the zone was Dreadspire, The Demi-Plane of Blood. Then you mark it (2) and click on the right arrow (3) (or just double-click over the name of the zone) to add it to the selected zones list. As you can see, Dreadspire, The Demi-Plane of Blood has been added to the list.
  3. Search between Everquest zones example 3If Mob Filter (1) is active, automatically all mobs from selected zones (Citadel Of Anguish and Dreadspire, The Demi-Plane of Blood) will be added to mob list. The last step to complete our little example is to select Mayong Mistmoore and Overlord Mata Muram (2) from list.
Remember that if you want to select than one mob (or zone, or additional modifier), you must press the CTRL key while you left click on desired mob names.
  4. Search between Everquest zones example 4Just to do our example more complete, now you can apply a class filter and force that just items from your class and with more than 250HpsSearch between Everquest zones example 5 should appear.
Finally, to see the result of your search press the button .
And remember that at the results page you can save the query and add it to your list of Favourite Queries!

If you have any comment, doubt or suggestion, please send an email. It will be GREATLY appreciated!

    Have Fun!!
